Scope

This Privacy Policy describes how Pro Refurbs LLC handles buyer and order information received through the Amazon Selling Partner API (SP-API) for Pro Refurbs websites, integrations, and internal business systems.

What We Collect

• Buyer name
• Shipping address
• Phone number
• Email address (if provided by Amazon)
• Order IDs, items, quantities, prices, shipping method and status
• Operational logs with PII fields masked or redacted

Why We Collect It

We use this information to:
• Import and manage orders
• Generate packing slips and shipping labels
• Track deliveries and support returns
• Meet tax and accounting requirements

We do not use this data for advertising and do not sell personal information.

Sharing

We do not share buyer or order data with any external third parties.
All Amazon SP-API data is used solely for our internal business purposes, including:
• Processing and managing orders
• Generating packing slips and shipping labels
• Handling shipping and delivery tracking
• Internal analytics and operational support

All data remains within our Microsoft Azure-hosted environment and is not transferred or disclosed outside Pro Refurbs LLC.
We do not sell, rent, or share personal information with marketing or advertising partners.

Sub-processors used:
• Microsoft Azure (US East 2 – Virginia) – hosting, databases, and backups
• Azure Monitor / Defender for Cloud – security and uptime monitoring

Retention & Deletion

PII is retained only for the order lifecycle and statutory record-keeping.
Data is purged or anonymized after 12 months, or earlier upon valid written request.

Security Summary

• TLS 1.2 or higher for all traffic
• AES-256 encryption at rest (Azure SQL / Storage)
• Encryption keys managed in Azure Key Vault
• Access controlled via role-based MFA
• Continuous monitoring through Azure Security Center and Defender for Cloud

U.S. Privacy Rights

We comply with applicable U.S. privacy laws, including CCPA and CPRA.
To request access, correction, or deletion of your data, contact privacy@prorefurbs.com.

Children

Our services are intended for business use only and not for children under 16 years of age.
